Pakistan court declares Toshakhana case against Imran Khan inadmissible: Report - The Hindu

According to a report, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared the Toshakhana case against Imran Khan, the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), as inadmissible on July 4.

Imran Khan, aged 70, was indicted in the Toshakhana case on May 10 by Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar. However, objections raised regarding the admissibility of the case were dismissed by the judge. The recent ruling by the IHC now deems the Toshakhana case against Imran Khan as invalid.
